Orkla Food Ingredients is the leading supplier of bakery and ice cream ingredients in the Nordics and Baltics, and holds growing positions in selected countries in Europe.

The business area manufactures, sells and distributes ingredients and products to the bakery and ice cream market, as well as products in plant-based categories, in 23 countries. Around 60 per cent of sales are made through the Out of Home channel, and around 20 per cent are direct-to-consumer sales under well-known brands such as Odense, Mors Hjemmebakte, KronJäst, Bakkedal and NATURLI’. The remaining 20 per cent are sales to industrial producers which chiefly manufacture and supply goods to the grocery channel.
