We are always looking for someone with good analytical skills, and positions in finance and brand management require more than average. You should be curious, see commercial opportunities, be motivated and have a passion for our products and the company.
For the more experienced positions, past experience of the consumer goods sector is a great advantage. We are also looking for people who are motivated to develop and thrive in an effective environment.
We are flexible when it comes to background and education, and always look at the complete picture. Some of our positions require four years of higher education or a master’s degree, while others put experience ahead of education.
We often seek candidates with a background in IT, business, civil or industrial economics, strategy, HR, food science and sustainability.

Internship:

Trainee programme:
We have several trainee programmes in production. These are designed for graduates interested in a future career in logistics, innovation or as a production manager. Here we want to develop tomorrow’s factory managers, project managers and change managers who have a broad experience and insight into every smallest part of the value chain.
